CALM DOWN:Low Carb Grocery is Here to Save the Day

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of The Low Carb Grocery for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I have been sharing low carb recipes for awhile now. That's because if you are trying to attain a healthy body you need to keep you weight in the healthy range. One of the enemies of weight maintainence or loss is too many carbohydrates.

There are some popular low carb based diets. Some of them are: Atkins, South Beach, Dukan etc. .  I tried the Atkins but I am a vegetarian and I ended up getting high cholesterol issues eating all that meat.  Recently the Paleo Diet which is also low carb based has become very popular.  The thing I like most about Paleo is the no-grain aspect.  The no-grain gets at the one of the greatest sources of carbohydrates.

As I began my journey to eat low carb, I found it difficult to find sources of flours that can give you the texture and taste of breads, cakes, and other dishes that I feel comfortable with. Another problem is that there are low-carb products available but not always available in my area.  As a blogger I reach people all over the world who also find it difficult to locate the low-carb products in their area.

Low Carb Grocery Store is an online store and a brick and mortar store. If you are looking for low carb food such as:

- Miracle Noodles
- Joesph's Bakery PITA bread
- PB2 powdered peanut butter

I have seen Miracle Noodles on TV but they are not easy to find, but I can not purchase them from The Low Carb Grocery Store.  There are zero carbs in these noodles and the noodles have a firm texture, which makes it useful for various dishes,

The Joseph's Bakery PITA bread has 8 carbs minus the 4 grams of fiber equals 4 grams net carbs. These are fine if you are not a Celiac. If you are a Celiac, then there are also gluten-free.

The PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter have 5 net carbs and the ingredients are simply:

Roasted peanuts, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
